Time passed quickly, and the half-year internship passed quickly. During this period, I learned a lot of knowledge that I didn't know before, and I also saw the uniqueness of a multinational hotel group's management experience. Whether it is the basic service procedures and skills of the catering industry when I was an intern at F&B, or how to serve each guest with heart and soul, or the in-depth understanding of the hotel profession, all of these are very important to me personally. It is a very crucial step in my life, and it also makes me understand the focus of my improvement in the future, and clarify the plan for the future.
After the student returned to China for an internship, he entered the Four Seasons Hotel in Hangzhou to work. He is currently working for Amazon China in charge of customer training.

When I first arrived in moofushi, the English-only environment gave me a lot of pressure. Grammatical mistakes, wrong use of pronouns, and lack of words made me want to give up, but it was precisely because of such challenges that I became Even more brave, four and a half months have passed, and now I can communicate in English proficiently, and I have also begun to integrate the professional knowledge of hotel management I learned in college into my daily work. I am very fortunate to have the opportunity to come to Maldives this time, which made my first formal job different and allowed me to grow rapidly after graduation!

It is both lucky and interesting for me to be able to do an internship in a hotel in China. The biggest difficulty at work is the cultural difference, which has gradually been overcome with the enthusiastic help of my colleagues. I highly recommend everyone to come to China for internship. This has been a growth spurt for me personally and has changed the course of my life!

I chose to come to China for an internship because I want to understand a new culture, and I also want to explore and travel to a strange country. During the internship, language is the biggest challenge for me, my colleagues and I teach each other, learning Chinese is very interesting for me. Internship in China is an unforgettable memory in my life. I have returned to my country now, but I already have plans to come to China for internship or work again!

The six-month internship experience is very meaningful to my life. It not only allows me to live in a new place, understand a new culture, eat different food, but also allows me to work with colleagues from different countries. Although it is a challenge to work with people from different cultural backgrounds, it is very fulfilling. I think that all professional students like me should join this kind of internship program, if you are ready to explore a "new world", you must try it!
I have been living in London and have worked in luxury hotels for 6 years. The reason I chose to apply for the Hotel Management degree program at Hagharia University of Applied Sciences was because I believed that a hospitality degree from a "world-leading hotel school" would allow for advancement to higher management levels in the global hospitality industry. And it's much cheaper to study in Finland than in the UK!
I strongly recommend that all students take advantage of the University's best learning resources and connections. Learn from experienced teachers and build a "network" with all your classmates (including all other classes) who will become your hospitable colleagues after you graduate. Among the many hotel, restaurant and travel brands of the future, having friends is invaluable!

I took it seriously from the time I applied to Hagharia University of Applied Sciences for a bachelor's degree program until I graduated. I didn't know where I was going in my career, but I started learning with passion from day one. On my first day at HH, I met my classmates, but little did I realize that, early in my studies, a particular classmate of mine would become my business partner and together we would start building a franchise brand. Of course, while studying, you can easily find the field you want to expand. We joined Startup School, a HH program for entrepreneurship beginners, and since then we have met our mentor at the HH campus who encouraged us and helped us start the groundwork of our company. The more you invest in HH, the more you can learn from it and the more special the networking opportunities are, who would have thought you could meet your future business partners in the classroom!

The reason I chose to study at Hagharia University of Applied Sciences is because their hotel management program is the best in Finland and known for its internationality. The comprehensive practical training during the study period, as well as the theoretical study and in-depth understanding of hotel finance and business strategy, prepared me to be the head of the department today. Now, I work as Revenue Director at Jumeirah Himalayas Shanghai, China. The wealth of knowledge and encouragement I gained from Hagharia University of Applied Sciences has helped me to be where I am today!
